How do I handover my group to the next lot?

Youni make handover super easy. Simply hit manage group, add the new lot as team members, and you can then resign your post by editing your self / old committee and removing them as team members.

The new admins will have full continuity of data etc, and will be able to run it as if they were you!

If when searching for the new lot, you don’t find their names, it means they haven’t completed onboarding for their personal accounts. All team members must have verified their emails and added their photos etc.

How do I handover finances / stripe to the next lot?

Login to your stripe account (you can access it in Group Manage > Edit payout details. Go to settings in stripe. Scroll down to team members. Add them in. They’ll be sent an invite, which they need to accept, and then they can manage and access all the stripe stuff :) 

You might want to edit some of the other details, particularly if you registered as a sole trader. This can all be done in those Stripe Settings. Any issues - contact us x

What should I do if the previous lot didn’t handover?
