What's your booking fee? And who pays it?

For the tickets you sell, you keep 100% of the ticket value at all times. We charge a small ,competitive booking fee, but this is always passed to the buyer.

For our standard partners, we charge £0.49p + 3% per transaction to attendees. For preferred partners and premium partners, we’ll pay YOU the profit from that booking fee, meaning you’re getting paid extra per ticket you sell. We like to reward our partners xoxo

When will I receive payment for my event?

This depends on your partnership with us. For standard partners, payments are sent within 12 hours of the event end time. This allows sufficient time for us to conduct any checks just in case people be scamming etc. Once payment is initiated, it can take a few days to land in your bank account. Note that the first payment you receive with us will take a few days longer to land, as Stripe conducts their own reviews.

You can track payments by going into your stripe account. Just head to Group Manage > Edit payout details and open your stripe account (either on your phone, or copy the link and login on your laptop x)

For preferred partners and premium partners, you can request for one early payment for your events (ie even before the event has happened). Just get in touch with your account manager, and we’ll get it sent over right away. We’re building a tool to automate this so you can do it at a click of a button - bear with!

How do refunds work?

If a paid event on Youni gets cancelled, attendees will be notified and the full value of their tickets will be refunded. Please note that, except where Youni is at fault, Youni always retains its booking fee. This is because, regardless of whether the event is cancelled or not, we have to pay ourselves a small fee to handle payments and refunds.

If you as an organiser would like to issue refunds to a particular buyer (or a bunch of them) then do contact us and we can sort. We are in the process of building tools to let you do this yourselves directly, but, small steps here and there.
