How do I get a refund for a ticket I bought?

You’ll need to contact the organiser of the event, and check with them what their refund policy is. These aren’t “Youni’s tickets” or “Youni’s events”, we are only the facilitator and that money isn’t ours. Different organisers will have different policies so make sure to consult prior to buying a ticket.

Please note that refunds can take between 5-10 business days to come through.

How do I refund an attendee?

If you cancel the event, all attendees will be automatically refunded - so no need to contact us in that case!
