Do I get the booking fee back when refunded?

If you can no longer attend an event, or if an organiser decides to cancel an event, Youni keeps it’s booking fee. This is because, for paid events, we get charged by the banks and such to process those payments.

However, if there was a technical fault on Youni’s part that prevented you from using your ticket, we’ll refund the ticket alongside the booking fee. T&Cs apply, check them out here in our legal section.
