How do we scan tickets?

If you go to the build & manage section (+ central button on the navigation bar) you can find the scanner (top right corner, with a scanny icony thing). You can then scan people’s QR tickets in.

If someone rocks up and can’t find their ticket - not to worry. Hit search attendees in the scanner, and you can find them by name, and manually check them in. You can also see how many you’ve scanned in etc and how many are left. Making on the door, smooth and simple.

If you’ve sold physical tickets for collection, your buyers won’t have QR code tickets, but instead a collection code. When they arrive, simply enter their code, and it will tell you how many tickets they’re picking up etc :)
