We need to collect info from attendees - do we need google forms?

No you do not! We’ve got built in our own form collection for you when creating events on Youni. You can add questions with text answers, or multiple choices, attach URLs, and even get attendees to attach files / images etc - great for getting people’s CVs for recruitment events, or portfolios for artsy ones.
When you’re creating your event, once you’ve added your tickets (or selected RSVP only) you’ll be asked if you want to collect any additional info. Remember, as standard, you already get things like your attendees’ names, phone numbers, emails, colleges, degree types and degrees - this is for stuff not covered by that!
Exporting answers is also super easy - just head to Manage Event > View attendees > and hit the downlaod button top right. You can select to export all the data, or just the questions and answers!
